Chris Elam officially joined Campaign Resources in February, 2003 after a lifetime of employment in an ex officio capacity. Chris graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University in May 2001, with a B.S. in Political Science. He was formerly a district staff intern to U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, and a D.C. staff intern to U.S. Congressman Ron Paul. Chris was also employed for two years with the TAMU Board of Regents and current FDIC chairman Donald Powell, and served as Public Relations Manager for the TAMU Singing Cadets during their international touring season in 2000-2001. Most recently, he was retained as a consultant by the citizens committee for the City of Missouri City during their successful 2003 Bond Election.
Chris is responsible for developing and maintaining several key technical areas of M&M's trademark personalized approach to advertising, including: database management, website and e-mail design, Photoshop graphics, and mail merge software.

Chris is married to the former Christy Wood, a 2003 graduate of Houston Baptist University, and professional artist. They reside in Sugar Land, TX and are members of Southwest Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Bellaire, TX. In his spare time, Chris enjoys playing golf and perfecting his piano skills.
